	Industrial and agricultural economy predominates in Września District first of all. The branches of our economy include trade and service, gastronomy as well as diverse industries: food, metal, clothes, chemical, building, automotive, construction, transport and installation. The attractive location of Września District creates new chances for economic development. Complex and still being modernized technical infrastructure turns our district into a perfect place for potential investors. We also create the ideal conditions for development of housing building. We take care of balanced socio-economical development which invites new technologies, encouraging economic initiatives and is environmentally friendly at the same time. Enterprise develops in the district dynamically because we increase attractiveness of the investment terrains and welcome new investors eagerly. Development of the housing building accompanies the preparations at the following terrains for building. We support activities facilitating the access to the computer infrastructure. Cultural activity, tourist routes, sport buildings and shopping centres are also crucial for inhabitants.
